This Shipping Policy describes how Fessage ships your orders of Pizza Cutter Equipment. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we only ship within the United States, your order should not incur customs duties or taxes. Sales tax will be charged based on the state where the order is being shipped, as required by law.

6. Damages

  • Fessage is not liable for any Pizza Cutter Equipment or accessories damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, you must contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
